SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure the health and safety of your live citrus trees during transit, we operate on a strict fulfillment schedule designed to minimize transit times and ensure your trees never sit in a shipping warehouse over a weekend.
Order Cutoff & Fulfillment Schedule
Fulfillment Timeline:
- Weekly Order Cutoff: Tuesdays at 11:59 PM Pacific Time
- Standard Shipping Day: All orders placed prior to the Tuesday cutoff will ship out the following Monday morning.
- Late Orders: Orders placed after Tuesday at midnight will be held for the following shipping cycle (processed the next week and shipped the Monday after next).
Once your order ships on Monday morning, you will receive an automated tracking email from FedEx to monitor its progress directly to your door.
Geographic & Address Restrictions
PROHIBITED STATES (NO SHIPPING): Due to strict federal and state agricultural quarantine regulations regarding citrus pests and diseases, we CANNOT ship citrus trees to Florida or Texas. These states are completely excluded from our checkout zones. We ship to all other 48 states.

Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or freight forwarders. Any order placed with a non-residential address will be flagged for review or canceled. |
| Continental US Shipping | Shipped via standard FedEx ground courier networks tailored for home delivery routes. |
| Alaska & Hawaii | Orders to AK & HI cannot be sent via standard ground transit. To ensure plant health, they are shipped via premium FedEx 2Day air freight. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. |
