LIVE ARRIVAL & REFUND POLICY

STRICT NO RETURNS POLICY: Because our trees are shipped from a certified production nursery operating under strict agricultural biosecurity regulations, we maintain a strict no returns policy. Once citrus trees leave the facility, they cannot be returned under any circumstances.

We take immense care in growing and packing our trees to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order experiences severe issues during transit, please follow our arrival reporting procedure below.

Arrival Issues & Damage Claims

Critical 24-Hour Window:

If there is a severe issue with your order upon arrival, you must satisfy the following conditions for your claim to be reviewed:

  • Contact Us Instantly: Reach out within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide Photographic Evidence: You must submit clear photos of the issue and the condition of the tree.

Evaluation & Liability Limits

Upon receipt of your message and photographs, we will review the condition of the tree. It rests within our sole discretion to determine the severity of the issue and the appropriate path forward, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability in all instances is strictly limited to the purchase price of the tree and any associated shipping fees. We assume no responsibility for subsequent plant performance, growth, or care once the material has been delivered and accepted.
